    • The narrative turns into a political thriller when a fellow superhero is murdered at the convention. Captain Confederacy and her companion, Kid Dixie, are framed for the assassination.
  • 1986 History: 
    Propaganda Mechanics:     The original series focuses on a white bio-engineered super-hero to play the role of "Captain Confederacy".
  • Staged Super-Battles: against a black supervillain named "Blacksnake"entirely scripted, state-produced television broadcasts designed to enforce racial segregation and patriotism.
  • The Rebel Turn: The status quo shatters when Blacksnake refuses to perpetuate the propaganda and is killed by the government, prompting Jeremy to rebel against the totalitarian state.
